In general, Realtors and Real Estate Agents who are well trained and experienced represent an integral and necessary role within the average residential Real Estate transaction.
It is every Realtor's incentive to do a good job and represent the party fairly in the transaction due to the fact that reputation is critically important for the long-term success of any agent. Therefore, we are motivated and compensated when we do a good job and successfully represent our clients in a transaction.
